Sample Menus

We are delighted to introduce our new Head Chef, Charlie Bell. Charlie prides himself and his team on creating new, exciting dishes cooked from the freshest, finest produce, locally sourced wherever possible and cooked to order.

As such, our menus will change frequently to take advantage of the best local and seasonal produce available. These are typical dishes you can enjoy from The Red Lion kitchen.

Main dishes start from £11.00 with starters and desserts from £5.00.

Sunday lunches from £12.00

Kitchen closed on Monday evening, Chef’s night off.

Starters

The perfect start to a wonderful meal.

Mains

The main attraction. Choose from a wide variety of meat and fish dishes, all prepared and cooked to order as you like it. Sooo much choice... All meals served with your choice of chipped, mashed or new potatoes and a selection of vegetables or salad.

Desserts

Saving the best till last! You just have to make room for these "to die for" home made desserts. To make them even more irritable, all desserts are served with your choice of double cream, ice cream or custard. Decisions, decisions.
